The choice of store is yours! Choose any online store that delivers to our warehouses.

03. PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE
Choose the payment method that works best for you.
Payment methods when receiving shipments at the DESHOP office: Online payment, bank card, prepayment invoice, cash.
When receiving shipments at pickup points, by address, or at parcel lockers, payment is possible via prepayment invoice or online payment.
04. YOUR NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS
As your delivery address, please use one of our foreign warehouse addresses, which you will see in your profile information panel under "Warehouses". You will also find examples of how to correctly format delivery addresses in all available countries.
05. DELIVERY
When your shipment arrives in Bulgaria, you will receive a notification to your email address, and immediately after that you will be able to place an order in your account by choosing the most convenient delivery and payment method.

To start using our service, you need to create your profile and provide your details along with your preferred delivery method.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email and access to the customer portal. All your shipments and their statuses will be visible in the portal, and you will be able to choose delivery and payment methods.
